Pacific Logistics Acquires Two Boeing 747-400BDSFs

Los Angeles, CA - Pacific Logistics has announced an agreement to lease two B747-400BDSF converted freighters from GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS). The aircrafts, both formerly of EVA Airways, were converted to freighters in 2007 by IAI.

The two aircraft will serve alongside PacLog's existing fleet of B747-400ERFs, providing the company with greater flexibility and expanded route capabilities.

"We acquired these aircraft to supplement both our scheduled and charter operations," said CEO Andrew De Forest. "We anticipate them to have an immediate impact."

The 747-400BDSF features a maximum takeoff weight (MTOW) 870,000 lbs and a max payload range of 4,200 nautical miles. Pacific Logistics epxects the aircraft to enter service by the end of the month.
